    Harvest Loaf Mix Ingredients: Certified Gluten Free Oats, Greek Zante Currants, Pumpkin Seeds, Green Raisins, Phoenix Dates, Bread Soda, Plums, Apple, Coconut, Organic Flax, Cinnamon, Chia Seeds, Raspberries.

    Allergens: in bold above. Even if not included in the ingredients list, all of our products may contain traces of peanuts, nuts & sesame.

    Best Before: Check label. Usually 3-4 months.

    Each mix makes a 745g loaf once baked.

    Storage: Store our bread mixes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once baked, store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Freeze half if you like.

    So what is porridge bread? Well, it’s a really simple and delicious bread made with porridge oats, seeds and yogurt, with no added sugar, no gluten, no baker’s yeast. Perfect with homemade jam, nut butter or whatever you fancy! Why not also check out our Harvest Fruit Loaf which contains no fewer than 6 different fruits, coconut and 3 types of seeds too. So as well as being healthy it’s totally delicious too. Perfect with jam, nut butter or just by itself.

    Our breads are super easy to make. All you need is:
    1. Our Bread Mix
    2. 500g Yogurt (Your choice… Alpro, Dairy… whatever)
    3. Pinch of salt (optional)

    1. Mix it all together
    2. Bang it in the oven for 50 mins at 180 degrees
    3. Take it out of the tin and bake for another 10 mins

    We recommend a 1lb loaf tin for our bread mixes to bake perfectly. No Baking Tin? No Worries… you can still bake them as scones! BTW – why not freeze half of your loaf, and keep it for next week?
