The following terms and conditions (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of Wyldsson.com, including without limitation our subscription product service (the “Service”), and include any content, functionality and services offered on or through Wyldsson.com (the “Site”), whether as a guest or a registered user. “Customer” (“you”) refers to any subscriber of any products offered through Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson.
By purchasing from Wyldsson you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use. By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to or using any Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson operated Site or mobile application (or any content, service), (collectively, the “site”), you agree to abide and be bound by the terms described herein. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.
Online Purchases and Terms of Sale
To subscribe to our subscription service you are required to enter personal information. All of this information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility: This Site is for users who are 18 years of age or older. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of any entity, you further represent and warrant that you are authorised to accept these Terms of Use on such entity’s behalf.
Subscribing: By subscribing you agree to pay your subscription fee for the goods that are delivered for the term agreed by both parties.
Subscription Renewal: By signing up to a Wyldsson subscription you understand and agree that you will be automatically billed at the agreed frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any cancellations must be made within 7 days in advance of your next order shipping or it will be applied after your next order has shipped. Note that prices may change (both up and down) since original subscription. There are no pro-rated refunds for a partial month or for individual products. If you receive your order from Wyldsson and are not satisfied, please email hello@wyldsson.com.
You have 14 days to cancel your order under our 14 day return period policy, which starts the day you receive the item. All items must be returned sealed, unused and in the original packaging. The cost of returning an item due to a change of mind will not be refunded.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. A refund for returning such an item will be based on the cheapest delivery method available for returning the item to us.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You must inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will then provide you with the address you need to return the item to.
Please package the item securely and include inside the package your order number, name and address. Any item you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything, without it however, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item (including the cost of delivery). Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the Wyldsson website at any time. This does not initiate any kind of refund if you fail to cancel before the billing date.
Billing & Payment Failure: For ease of use, if your credit card expires, users will be prompted to enter new credit card details in your account settings.
Your Personal Data: Your security is paramount to us. We use a reputable third party to process all payments ‘Stripe Europe Ltd’ (Data Protection Ref: 13901/A), and you agree that we can store your information with this party. You also acknowledge that we will not be held responsible for any third party security breaches.
Shipping: Our listed prices include shipping fees and VAT unless otherwise stated. All orders placed on our website are subject to availability. Products will be shipped according to our Site shipping terms. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Correspondence: We send e-mail correspondence and newsletters following orders and registration by members. You can opt out of these at anytime by contacting us: hello@wyldsson.com.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. The Company reserves the right to decline sales to any party.

All of the content displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, data, photographic images, moving images, sound, illustrations, software and the selection and arrangement thereof (“Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson “), is owned by Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson., its licensors or its third-party image partners. All elements of the Site, are protected by copyright, trade dress, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to the protection of intellectual property.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson., its affiliates, licensers, subsidiaries, independent contractors, investors, employees, agents, third party information providers and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) issues arising out of or related to anything connected to your purchase.
You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson., its affiliates, licensers, subsidiaries, independent contractors, investors, employees, agents, third party information providers and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to anything related to User Content that you post, store or otherwise transmit on or through the Site, your conduct, your use or inability to use the Site, your breach or alleged breach of the Site Terms or of any representation or warranty contained herein, your unauthorised use of the Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson. Disclaimer
Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from consumption of products that are not suitable for their intended recipients, due to allergy or related issues. The allergens on our products are clearly labelled.
Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the site or content, including, but not limited to lost profits, and direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. We make no warranty that the site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
Limitation of Liability

Irish law shall apply to these Terms, and the parties agree to submit all disputes between them to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Termination
Wyldsson Ltd t/a Wyldsson reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your account/subscription and/or to block your use of the Site.
