Banana bread is an all-time smash hit classic. Our version features the goodness of oats, flax and chia seeds… with NO white flour, honey or refined sugar. Perfect on its own, or even better smothered in your favourite spread…
All you need is:
– 3 Ripe Bananas
– 50ml Milk (dairy or otherwise)
– 1 Egg OR use twice as much milk instead
Directions:
1. Mash the bananas with a fork
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
3. Bake for 50 mins
4. Take it out of the mould and bake for another 10 mins
That’s it. Simple. You need a 1lb loaf tin for our bread mixes to bake perfectly. BTW – why not freeze half of your loaf, and keep it for next week?

Best Before: Check label. Usually 3-4 months.
Storage: Store our banana bread mix in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once baked, store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
