Protein Snickers
A healthier version of a snickers bar with some added protein, simply delicious 🙂
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Wyldsson Fruit & Nut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Wyldsson Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Method
- Add the nut butter, protein and maple syrup to a mixing bowl and combine until a thick dough consistency
- Press into a parchment paper lined pan
- Melt the choc chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth
- Pour melted chocolate over the dough mix and spread evenly
- Set bars in the freezer for 1 hour, slice and enjoy 🙂
