Protein Snickers

A healthier version of a snickers bar with some added protein, simply delicious 🙂

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Wyldsson Fruit & Nut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Wyldsson Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Method

  1. Add the nut butter, protein and maple syrup to a mixing bowl and combine until a thick dough consistency
  2. Press into a parchment paper lined pan
  3. Melt the choc chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until smooth
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the dough mix and spread evenly
  5. Set bars in the freezer for 1 hour, slice and enjoy 🙂

Store in the fridge
