Healthy Satay Dip
Ingredients:
50g Greek Yogurt (we love Glenisk!)
2 x tbsp Wyldsson Crunchy Nut & Seed Butter
…OR Almond Butter / Chilli & Smoked Paprika nut butter
1 x tsp thai red curry paste
1 x squeeze of lime juice
1 x tiny splash of soy sauce
Method:
1. Throw the ingredients into a blender, and blend!
2. Serve with carrot batons, cucumber slices, strips of red pepper, sugar snap peas, … up to you!
