Healthy Fruit Scones
You love our bread mix. How about using it to make healthy scones? Real easy. No refined sugars or flours. Just oats, fruit and seeds!
Ingredients: (Serves 6)
1 x Harvest Fruit Loaf Mix
500ml yogurt (plant based or natural)
Hazelnut & Cocoa nut butter
Sliced fruit also to serve (optional)
1. Add the bread mix to a bowl and then add the yogurt, as per the instruction on pack. Give it a good mix.
2. Shape into 6 good size scones using your hands and then place on a greased tray ready for the oven.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 and then bake for 25 minutes until nice and golden.
4. Let them cool on a wire tray and choose your topping! So simple.
TIP – You can make savoury scones by using the Italian Tomato Bread Mix and following the same instructions.
