I really enjoyed this muesli. The texture was a great combination of the soft chew from the dried fruits (which came in lovely chunks), the crisp crunch and snap of the seeds, and the wholesome, filling bite of the oats, the nuts also adding a certain creaminess and boost in flavour. Some cereal packs will be 98% oats with a mere handful of other ingredients, but Pro7 treats all it’s components equally for a really well balanced and flavourful meal. In other words – this bag is not going to last long!
First off, the biggest grey bag is the 1.5 kilo Pro7 muesli and it comes in two flavours – original or banana. I opted for banana and it really was the best I’ve tasted. With much less sugar than most breakfast cereals as well as gluten-free oats, organic Ecuadorian banana, dates, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and Goji berries (you get the idea), it didn’t disappoint.
