Cookie Recipe – Bar Mixes
How about using our bar mixes to make healthy cookies? Real easy. No refined sugars or flours. Just oats, nuts, fruit and seeds!
Instructions are real simple: (Makes 8-10 cookies)
1. Grease a baking tray, I used spray oil. Simple.
2. Make the Bar Mixture as per the instructions on pack.
3. Spoon into 8 cookie shapes on the tray & gently flatten with a fork.
4. Bake at 180 for 18 minutes or until nicely golden
Add melted choc on top to finish (optional)
