Choc Orange Pudding

On the special occasion that we do re-release the Chocolate Orange Hazelnut & Cocoa nut butter, we wanted to give you a banger of a pudding recipe to go with. See here you go 🙂

Ingredients

  • 40 g Oat Flour
  • 2 Scoops Wyldsson Chocolate Protein (35 g)
  • 3 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 100ml Orange Juice
  • 100ml Plant Milk (of your choice)
  • 2 Tbsp Marmalade
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp Chocolate Orange Hazelnut & Cocoa nut butter

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180c
  • Grease 2 medium ramekins
  • Mix all the ingredients gently in a bowl excluding the marmalade
  • Spoon half the mixture evenly between the two ramakins
  • Add one tbsp of marmalade into the middle of the mix in each ramakin
  • Evenly spoon the remaining mix over the ramakins ready for the oven
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Finally add a generous layer of nut butter on the top before serving.
  • You can serve hot or cold.
