Choc Orange Pudding
On the special occasion that we do re-release the Chocolate Orange Hazelnut & Cocoa nut butter, we wanted to give you a banger of a pudding recipe to go with. See here you go 🙂
Ingredients
- 40 g Oat Flour
- 2 Scoops Wyldsson Chocolate Protein (35 g)
- 3 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 100ml Orange Juice
- 100ml Plant Milk (of your choice)
- 2 Tbsp Marmalade
- 2 or 3 Tbsp Chocolate Orange Hazelnut & Cocoa nut butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180c
- Grease 2 medium ramekins
- Mix all the ingredients gently in a bowl excluding the marmalade
- Spoon half the mixture evenly between the two ramakins
- Add one tbsp of marmalade into the middle of the mix in each ramakin
- Evenly spoon the remaining mix over the ramakins ready for the oven
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Finally add a generous layer of nut butter on the top before serving.
- You can serve hot or cold.
