Choc Chip Muffins
In comparison to your standard choc chip muffins these are basically saints in the world of baking!! They may not be totally guilt free but they are the next best thing and delicious 🙂 Recipe makes 10/12 muffins.
Ingredients
- 125g Oat Flour
- 60g Porridge Oats
- 2 Scoops Wyldsson Choc Protein (35g)
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs or Flax Eggs (Vegan Option)
- 230ml Milk of your choice
- 45g Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100g Dark Chocolate Chips
Method
- preheat oven to 180
- mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, combine
- slowly add the wet ingredients and mix well
- add the mixture to muffin tray or cups for baking
- bake for 30 minutes
