Baked Banana Oats

Real simple recipe to make breakfast a little more interesting in these strange times…

Our baked oats recipe stars our Banana Muesli and Vanilla Protein. Delicious & nutritious 🙂

Ingredients

  • 200g Banana Muesli
  • 35g Vanilla Vegan Protein
  • 1 Banana cut into slices
  • 300ml milk of your choice
  • Handful of frozen berries

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180c
  2. Mix the muesli, protein and milk in a bowl
  3. Add sliced banana and frozen fruits
  4. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden on the edges and the centre is not sticky
  5. Serve with a dollop of yogurt and some fresh berries 🙂
