Baked Banana Oats
Real simple recipe to make breakfast a little more interesting in these strange times…
Our baked oats recipe stars our Banana Muesli and Vanilla Protein. Delicious & nutritious 🙂
Ingredients
- 200g Banana Muesli
- 35g Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 1 Banana cut into slices
- 300ml milk of your choice
- Handful of frozen berries
Method
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Mix the muesli, protein and milk in a bowl
- Add sliced banana and frozen fruits
- Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden on the edges and the centre is not sticky
- Serve with a dollop of yogurt and some fresh berries 🙂
